Orders are shipped discretely by the U.S. Postal Service with a return address of G.B. Inc. There is nothing on the exterior of the box which identifies your shipment coming from a gay oriented or gay owned and operated business.

Most items are sent at a shipping rate of $.99 per item except where noted. These exceptions include lubricants and some toys. Packages include FREE Delivery Confirmation. At this time, we ship to locations within the United States and Canada. Adult material is not shipped to Canada and the following United States areas:

Next Day Shipments: Currently we do not offer this service. However, we are currently making arrangements to do so soon.

Credit Card Statements: While orders are submitted right away, your credit card is NOT charged until the day your order ships. Your credit card statement will read: GET BOOKED.

Returns: We do accept returns of defective merchandise within 30 days of shipping. Defective merchandise is replaced with the same item. Magazines are not returnable. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. To receive an RA with instructions and the return address you are to use, send an email to: returns@getbooked.com
